Full body home workout build muscle without equipment 

1. Regular push up 15 reps
2. Jump squats 15 reps
3. Back extension 15 reps
4. Pistol squat 10 reps each leg
5. Elevated Pike pushup 15 reps
6. Bicep curls 15 reps weighted backpack
7. Deep Pushp 15 reps
8. Bicycle crunches 45 secs
Do first exercise then rest for 15 seconds after that do next exercise. 
These exercises are both for men and women
