10 minutes fat burning morning routine
Here are 10 exercises that will help you to burn your fat
1. High knees
2. low plank to high plank
3. burpees
4. Toe touches
5. Side plank
Do this plank from both right and left side
6. Squat jump
7. Alternate lunches
8. Jumping jacks
9. Hip thrust
10. Butt kicks
Do every exercise for one minute .
Do first exercise then rest for 15 seconds after that do next exercise.
These exercises are both for men and women
